How to calculate the operator assigned day and time in PDC

Hello All, 

In Pega Diagonistic Cloud, how to calculate the Assigned time and date for a particular Work ID ? 

 

We are targeting Work ID with urgency > 60, which are Assigned to respective resource to resolve the issues. We need to capture the Assigned Date and Time to calculate the total time spent by the resource in a particular Work ID. Screenshots  of the fields are attached for your reference. 

 

Also, is there a way to calculate the date & time when the Urgency/priority of the case has reached >60
