I have scenario, where in I need to send a Mandatory ( Evaluation Criteria ) comm to customer on Email channel. If the customer gets it, then apply 14days contact policy as post that the customer will not be eligible. But if we get a bounce back feedback, then as part of the next day batch run, we would like to send the customer the comm on DirectMail channel.
Currently i have added 2 contact policy rules on the action as below:-
1) Though i have selected Evaluation Criteria as Mandatory, but still applying contact policy rules on the action. Is this the right approach? In Constraints strategy, there is no check for Evaluation Criteria( IsContactPolicyRequired)..so contact policies do get applied.
2) For business scenario above, what is the best way to bypass contact policy for a channel when there is a real need and will not cause over exposure. Can we modify Constraints strategy to handle such scenarios only?
