How to bookmark a post from Product Support Community?
I found a section in my profile as "My Bookmarks" but nothing was there.
Is there a way where I can bookmark the interesting posts on Product Support Community?

How is the bookmarking option coming along? I try to persuade my customers' to build the habit of searching for knowledge here. Some people are happy to come here, but most people seem to prefer this order, at least initially:
- ask me
- look in online help
- come here if they absolutely have to
Two features would be very valuable to me building their habit of coming here:
- completion of the bookmark feature
- ability to share a bookmark
Certainly I can store and share bookmarks outside this website, but I want them here!

Hi Elliot,
The Bookmark feature is now available. At the top of a PSC post, you will see the option to Bookmark. Once you click on it, the post that you bookmarked will appear in your Profile Community Activity. Click on Hello <yourname> at the top right of Pega Community > Select My profile > Click Community Activity > In the dropdown of My Posts, select My Bookmarks.
When you state - the ability to share a bookmark, do you mean the list of bookmarks? If you need to share a bookmark, you may simply share the URL of the post you bookmarked so I'm a little confused on your requirement!
Also, we've disabled the ability to display bookmarks on profiles that are not our own (I cannot see that the posts you have bookmarked) as we feel that bookmarking is a personal preference and most users prefer to keep it private.

Thank you, Lochana. I followed your instructions and found the bookmarks. I didn't know that the My Posts dropdown was a dropdown. It's pretty subtle - no chevron/triangle/etc to tell me that it is a dropdown, so I never thought to click it before.
As for the sharing feature, I suppose I have grown so accustomed to mobile applications and some web applications having a "Share" button that I'm starting to look for it in new places :-) But that would be just a convenience feature - certainly I can forward the URL and that would do the trick.

Yes, it is pretty subtle :) We've reported that and hope to see a dropdown indication soon! We'll keep the "Share" option in our backlog of design (and feature) ideas. Thank you!
