How to automate checking siblings for multiple rules and dumping it in different excel sheet tabs

We are working on smart dispute application which has multiple hotfixes to retrofit.

Most of the time, we end up checking manually; siblings for thousands of rules while the actual change is needed only for few rules,

Is there any OOTB option available to check siblings for hotfixes and dump the details in spreadsheet tabs?

Is it possible to automate it using OOTB rules?

Hello,

I'm not sure if I follow the question. You're installing an HFix and then checking to see if any of the rules in there were overridden in your own rulesets? Couldn't you check the rules overrides report (Designer Studio > Application > Development > Rules Overrides)?
