How to add cases to an old app?

Hi,

we are working with an application, which is createt with Pega 6.3 without cases and using transient workobjects. The app is migrated to Pega 7.1.9. No we have the requirement to work with cases. What to do, to add cases to this application?

Hi

You can update your application in order to create cases. Go to case types tab and click add a case type. Let me know your thoughts on this.
