How to achieve dropdown onchange

We are recently migrated to 7.2.2.

And trying to trigger an event on changing the dropdown value.

but here there's nothing like an action on change.

please let us know which action can be used to achieve this.

If you want to trigger a JavaScript event then you can achieve this through run script action.

HI, 

Can you do the following?

For the Dropdown which will change the value, create a Data Page that get the list of it. Then configure this Data Page as the source of the Dropdown.

When an event is triggered, the Data Page will be refreshed with the updated list to populate the Dropdown.
