Requirement: There is a school Application, Registration process for Student & Teacher is the same but the approval process is different. After entering the basic details, Case requires single-level approval whereas It goes to the board of directors if school for teacher approval. The Board of Directors consists of 3 members. The teacher requires atleast 2 approvals to get shortlisted.

Approach: Registration would be a parent case & Approval would be a subcase. How can I achieve a count of approval functionality? Thanks in advance
