@AnujG702  EKS should work fine. It will lock you into AWS though. Running straight VM also works. K8s would provide the ability to better utilize your fleet although is not needed in many use cases. You'd probably run a VM like docker inside your pod anyways. VM's can be orchestrated as well, i'd check the k8s features that would push you that way before adding extra layers to your infrastructure.
