Horizontal scroll bar to display only in Report results and not in the entire report

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to show the Horizontal scroll bar to display only in Report results and not in the entire report.

The report is getting displayed from the Report Browser.

We have tried the option display report body using custom section but there is serious performance issue and the report does not load.

Please suggest right approach soon.
