horizontal line when property value is empty

I'm obtaining an horizontal line when property value is empty as attached in the snapshot, how to get rid of it as it is annoying from user experience having it?

Hi,
This is a place holder you are observing, which will be displayed when the read only text is empty.
You can change this in Skin rule, under "Text inputs & Formatted Text " by un-checking the " Display default placeholder when empty" option.

Only downside of removing the placeholder is the screen looks confusing whether its a label/help text or any field with value missing.
