I am having a hard time understanding the comparison utility in pega.  By way of illustration, I have a section rule (Evaluate candidate) that I added 4 different labels each at a different time.  Each time I added a label I checked the rule in with the check in comment of the label that I added and the time Ex: sample text 2 - 4:12.   See screen shot of the history file below.

Then on 2/2/22 I checked the rule out.  I then did a history on the rule and selected the compare check box (see screen shot below) and then selected the "Compare with CheckOut" button.  I expected to see no differences.  Instead I got the following results (see screen shot).  Questions I have are:  In column Instance #1 Value were does it come up with .pxSaveDateTime of 20220201T212317.08 instead of 20220202T**35**.*** ?  I know it appears to pull from the 4 line from the top but why?
