High frequent PEGA0005 alerts related to pr_data_stream_nodes

Hi Team, We have upgraded recently from PRPC731 to PRPC842 and we could find the below mentioned PEGA0005 alert related to pr_data_stream_nodes clogging high and heavy. Our DBA couldnt find anything to fix and we are looking for Pega's expertise to resolve the same.

SELECT "SN"."pyNodeId" AS "pyNodeId" , "SN"."pyData" AS "pyData" FROM dbo.pr_data_stream_nodes "SN" WHERE ( pyParentId = ? ) inserts:

Anyone faced similar issues ? Any missing indexes required to be implemented ? Any further tuning required to be updated or implemented from a data stream prpc functionality perspective ?  Please suggest. Thank you.
