Thanks for posting queries in PSC.

You may need to enable the debugger tool / inspect the element and check due to which element the scroll is coming. Take a screenshot and attach to this post .

If you have defined the element  height / width with fixed value i.e height: 300px. then you may need to change it to height: 20 % . Always better to define the height/width values in % 's.

You can try with below css style 

-ms-overflow-style: auto | none ;

auto :

Initial value. Indicates the element inherits its -ms-overflow-style from its parent element.

In Internet Explorer for the desktop, on the root element, auto behaves like scrollbar.

In Internet Explorer in the Windows UI, on the root element, auto behaves like -ms-autohiding-scrollbar.

none:

Indicates the element does not display scrollbars or panning indicators, even when its content overflows.

Unlike overflow: hidden, elements with -ms-overflow-style: none can still be scrolled via touch panning, keyboard, or mouse wheel.
