Helper Text Not Working For Dropdowns/Autocomplete

When the helper text is used on a text input using a field value, it displays the field value information with a question mark when hovered. However when the same is done on a dropdown/autocomplete it just displays the field value ID not the translation/description.

Pega Version - 8.1.4

Just verified in an internal system that this bug has been fixed in the latest system 8.4 (not yet released).

This sounds like a valid BUG to me, you should open a SR to get an official assessment and resolution to this.
