Helper Text is not visible when initiating case from User Portal
I have a requirement where I need to use Helper Text.
I configured it successfully and it is working fine when I am initiating a case from developer studio but when I am initiating a case from user portal, I am not able to see the helper text which I have configured.
I checked with Live UI and it is picking up the updated section rule in which I configured the helper text.
Any suggestion would be really appreciated.

Could you please verify the configuration of skin rule which is configured for User portal. Please verify the control configuration where helper text is configured in the skin rule to fix. Most probably this would be cause. Please revert back if this doesn't help.
