Help with OOTB Attachment section

Hello everyone,

I need help with this:

I need to create a button with the same functionality that has the delete button on that section. For example, I have a tab menu, so I want that everytime it I click it is going to refresh everything including the attachment section. So that means, refresh everything and don't have any attachments if I clicked on that button that I'm creating. So I need help with this in order to copy the same action that the delete button has. I will appreciate your help to everyone.

Hi Carlos,

Include a button or an Icon in the section and in the Actions tab of the control properties, configure the "Delete Item" action on the desired event (Click/Double-Click). Attaching a screenshot for reference.
