HA shared folder formula and hotfixes to be installed @PRPC718.

Hi Team,

Could you please provide below mentioned details about the HA implementation.

1) Formula to calculate shared storage folder size.

Number of requestors * Clipboard size of each requestor * Number of Jvm's

Please correct if I miss anything.

2) Any hotfixes required to be installed for PEGA 718 @ HA implementation ?

Hello Pradeep,

HFix-9836 is required to support intermittent failure of server crash recover in versions of Pega7 prior to 7.1.7  

If your into 7.1.8 there are no required maintenance had been observed , if you find into any issues please reach out pega support for immediate help .
