Getting error while starting the OfficeAddInCompose listener

While configuring the Pega for Outlook Add In, following the steps mentioned in the PDN. There is one step to start the OfficeAddInCompose email listener as a part of this.

unchecked the checkbox- Block startup and trying to start the listener . But it is not starting. in App studio, it is showing unable to start listener sometimes it is giving Java class, undefined error. Kindly help in resolving the issue.
