Getting error when trying to run a case

In the Pega system architect career path training, in the exercise Routing work case to participants, I created an expense report case successfully and was able to assign users to the steps in the exercise system Pega Express. However when I try and run the case, I get the error as shown in the attached screenshot. How to resolve this error?
