Getting Error Blank Handle has been Identified while perfoming Change Stage using pxChangeStage and transfer assignment in Bulk.

Getting Error Blank Handle has been Identified while perfoming Change Stage using pxChangeStage and transfer assignment using pyTransferAssignment for 20 case at a time in Post Flow Action Activity. For single it is working fine. Checked in tracer and find there exist pxAssignmentkey for workobject in pyWorkPage.pxFlow page for all flow but and same can be seen in tracer but still getting error "Blank Handle has been identified" post submitting the case. Can someone please help what could be the issue and how to solve it?
