getting blank screen when using ootb script function openPageInNewTab

@RichardMarsot Hello, we have recently started using theme cosmos v 4 and there we enabled the portal header. 

In portal header search, we have an option to open search results in new tab, its working with admin access , however getting blank screen with user access. could you please suggest?

this is the function which have been used on link "pega.desktop.infinity.openPageInNewTab"
