Getting access denied (HTTP ERROR 403) while running a Summary view.

Hello,

I am getting access denied (HTTP ERROR 403) while running a Summary view on Pega 8.4 version.

Error- You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403

 

However the same is working on different environment and version (Pega-7.1)

Please help me to find out the probable root cause for this issue.
