Get current address location from Address Map control

I want to get the current location data (Address, City, State, Zip) from the Address Map control and use it to populate property values on my UI

how do you get a reference to the Address Map control placed on a form? I can't seem to find it on the clipboard.

     Could you please check the implementation of OOTB section rule "pyLocationFieldOptional" ?. I believe this should provide some insights.

thanks.  these suggestions were helpful but in the end we integrated to Google's REST API to produce the correct results needed for the demo.
