Generating a word doc
There is a requirement to generate a word doc with customer name n address at NAS location. So far I am not able to finding any content related to this in PDN.Can community please help

Hi @Pooja Dash,
For Your requirement add a generated document smart shape, please follow the below steps
- Create a Word document
- Configure generate Document smart shape
- Copy the fields from the smart shape and add it in Word document

@Mohd Qizer Uddin Thank you but this will attach the doc to the case. My requirement is to generate a DOC or PDF file at different locations(NAS path).I do not want the doc to attach to a case.

@Pooja Dash This would not add it to case. It would generate the document and provide it in the parameter 'outputBytes'. Please refer to the step 7 in the activity.

Please refer the pzFTPService activity, Here we make use of uploading the file to BIX FTP server then using the file listener you can post to the desired location
