We are working for a HR application. In our applications, there are different sections which are based on fields like category and sub-category.

We frequently get requirements from business to add new fields, remove existing fields or modify data of the dropdown fields.

As a developer, we make those changes but business want to know if there is any way, we can automate this process where changes in the sections like (adding a new field/removing an existing field) will be done automatically without any intervention of the IT team i.e business will mention all such changes in an excel like name of the category, sub category, name of the field to be added/removed, any changes in data etc and background process relevant changes directly in relevant sections
