GenerateDDL for split-schema is not accurate

As part of upgrading our Pega platform from 7.1.6 to 7.4, we are trying to generate the DDL on the split schema and it looks like the DDL generated is NOT accurate. For example: We have DDL to update the existing Index on PC_ASSIGN_WORKBASKET table, but there is NO DDL generated to drop the index where as only CREATE INDEX DDL is generated. This is causing the index DDL to fail while applying on the database. This is the case for procedures also.
