Generate Report for Assigned User/Basket
We want to create a report which pulls the open cases from the work class along with the Assigned user/workbasket name. For this we have to pull information from both Assign-Worklist and Assign-WorkBasket classes. But we can't do it in a single report definition we believe. Is there any way to design this?

May be I am missing but why can't you have two joins on Assign-Worklist and Assign-Workbasket in one report definition?
I have used it before and it works.

I created a report on Work Class and did a join for both Assign-Worklist and Assign-Workbasket class.
I was able to retrieve the results.
Can you please explain why you dont believe it works for you or is there any error you are getting?

Sorry for the delayed response friends. I implemented the logic using Report Definition itself. Below is my requirement criteria. We want to create a report for all pending cases of a work type. So we have to query both Workbasket & worklist and merge the result.
To implement this i have created a RD in work class and joined both WB & WL with left join (include all cases from this class) with status does not start with 'Resolved'. This will get us all WB & WL records. Still we might get some corrupted open cases which have lost the assignments. So we included a condition in the criteria section as (WL.pxAssignedOperatorID 'IS NOT NULL' OR WB.pxAssignedOperatorID 'IS NOT NULL')
