there’s no ootb button to export several reports into one Excel with multiple tabs, so build a small utility activity or REST service. In that activity, run each Report Definition with the parameters you need and get the results as a Page List. Use a Java step with Apache POI to create an XSSFWorkbook, add one Sheet per report, write a header row from the report’s column metadata, then loop the results to fill rows. When done, stream the workbook with sendFile using the XLSX content type so the browser downloads it. Expose this via a button in the portal or a Constellation action that calls your service. Add paging or max rows per report to avoid memory spikes, and pass filters from the UI so the tabs match what the user sees. Test with a few thousand rows first, and log timings so you can raise limits only if needed.
