General questions about Pega Platform features/functionality
How can we best repeat a stage (such as a recurring status update)? Instead of using either the "Save and Run" button or "Preview Application", is there a better way of seeing how the Pega app will look at runtime? Refreshing the application when someone else has made changes always sends us back to the workflow page. How can we stay on the page we were working on, even after a refresh event? We have been having some issues with multiple people trying to make changes/edit the workflow at once. Do you have any suggestions for how to better increase collaborative work within Pega? How can we delete/remove completed cases from the case list? We are having issues with the user selections from a multi-select list saving when we click "Save" on a form. Is there a way we can save and/or display selected values from those lists?

1. To see how the Pega app will look at run time, you can launch a portal like Case Worker, Case Manager, and run the case from there.
2. We can open the case in Review mode and see the changes done by the other user.
3. If we refresh the required section then we can stay on the current page.
4. We can use different branches for different users to make parallel changes on the same flow.
5. Could you please give more details about the multi-select use case.

As far as the multi-select use case, we are trying to use a multi-select list but when the list is included on a view, the selected options from the list cannot be saved when the user hits "Save" on the view. For example, if our list includes options A, B, C, & D, and the user selected A and B and hits "Save", the A and B selections are not saved anywhere and the user needs to go and re-fill out those selections before form submission.

Hi,
Regarding repeating a stage, you can use change stage from another stage to get back to this repeating stage. Not sure if it would work for your use case.
Regarding deletion of cases, we have option to delete all the existing cases for a case type. This doesn't give option to delete cases selectively. This is available at case type list page in App Studio (in 8.4). Before that you can find it when you right click on a case type in the case explorer in App Studio.
