Hi Team,

We are unable to open Training sessions/Cloud-based exercise system most of the times and we are getting below error can you please look into this.

An error occurred attempting to communicate with an HTTP or SOCKS gateway.
The gateway may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.
