FTP listener to access BIX data extracts in Pega Cloud

Hi,

I have followed the steps in https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/data-management-and-integration/85/configuring-ftp-listener-access-bix-data-extracts-pega-cloud-environments to configure the FTP listener. Pega v2.8.2

Even though the configurations seem ok, the extraction process generates an error: FTP Connection failed.

Any suggestions to remedy this issue?
