Font and colour changes in Branding assets file 8.4.2

Hi All,

Can we change the Font and colour in Branding assets file for mobile App.

If user logins with no access group i want to modify the message as below

Ex: 

"Insufficient permissions" = "You currently do not have access to an .Please contact administrator for assistance"

I want to change the message color and font size,can we update in Branding assets xml file?

Attached the screen and i want to make it better look and feel
