Follow unfollow cases, pega express
Hi
Please suggest if there is a way to remove the Follow/Unfollow feature from the Actions?
We have a Parent-Child cases and we want to provide the Follow/Unfollow option only to the child item. Users should not be able to follow the Parent case type, how can this be achieved?

Hi Kedar,
If your concern is specific to express and you don't have Designer Studio access, unfortunately, we don't have a method to meet your requirement directly in Express. If you are having Designer Studio access, then we have a py when rule avaialble, pyShowFollowMenuItem which can be overridden as per your requirements.

Thanks Pramod. We have the DesignerStudio, this is moved to next sprint... will pull that when rule to the parent level class and add the condition using the pxObjClass, hope this would resolve the issue. Or the Navigation rule and remove the follow unfollow options, and will have to maintain it separately for each case type.
