The FlowAction SampleE-Sample8-Work-Sample_Eight_Case.FlowAction_To_Load_On_EmpIDlink could not be added to this assignment

I have a Link variable named EMP_ID in the work class section. The EMP_ID variable is present in a Pagelist property of the data class. On click of the link EMP_ID, I am trying to display the Employee Id and Employee Designation data present through local action. This local will invoke a section of data class to display this data. When I configure this section Sample_Eight_Case.FlowAction_To_Load_On_EmpIDlink, I am getting the following error,

"The FlowAction SampleE-Sample8-Work-Sample_Eight_Case.FlowAction_To_Load_On_EmpIDlink_Clicking could not be added to this assignment"

Can anyone please help me on how I can use a section from Data class in a section from Work class?
