Flow action display condition
I have ABC flow action which needs to be displayed on the deployment and future dates.
For example: when we deploy the code to production on 10 Mar 2022, the ABC flow action should be displayed only to the cases which are created on 10 Mar 2022 and future dates. ABC flow action should not be displayed for all Inflight cases (previous cases).
I should use When rule and DSS as per requirement.
Could anyone help me on this..

@RAVIRAJAP Hi, Is it mandatory that you use when rule or DSS only? Can you look into circumstance by template that might help your requirement.

create when rule, in that when rule compare the case creation date and code deployment date (10 mar 2022) and also check the case creation date is future date of the deployment code date.
Create DSS rule, in this dss rule store the Deployment date (10 mar 2022).
call this when rule in the process when strat field.
