Hi all

 We are experiencing a strange issue with File listener..

 We are consuming json files via listeners and creating cases and issuing commits to database. However, when the listener is started, it starts processing the files but case is not committed. The listener is not throwing and error.

 But if I trace the listener, then it starts committing the data. It stops committing the data immediately after the tracer is closed.

 Did anyone experience this issue? We would need help asap.. Thanks in advance...
