Fetch last run of Job Scheduler

Is there any way wherein we can fetch the last run for a given job scheduler ?

There's a data page which fetches similar info but it's a thread level and fetches info about all job schedulers.

We want to know if there's any light weight or straight forward way to fetch this info.
