Facing issue with "CSInteractionSummaryByChannelHourly" OOTB Reportdefinition.

I am facing issue with OOTB RD - "CSInteractionSummaryByChannelHourly", Interaction subtask counts always getting 0. Please any one suggest why we are getting always count is 0. But each interaction we have many sub tasks still it showing 0.
