Extract Historical change reports for security audits

Annual Security audit is done by a third party org which requires the following data.

1. All historical changes done on 

a. DSS

b. Operator ID

c. Access Group

d. AROs and Access deny Rules.

e. Certain data tables. Are there any OOTB ways,  to extract these in the REPORT form?
