Extension point QP to Broken Process
Does anybody know if there is a extension point for the code where a Queue Processor sends an item to the Broken Queue.
I want to add a notification email at this point in the process.

All the rules related to this broken item logic will be internal, we will not be able to provide custom logic.
But as an alternative, Pega will maintain the broken items information in below mentioned class table.
Class - System-Message-QueueProcessor-BrokenItem
You can have a declare trigger in the above-mentioned class and inside trigger activity have your logic to trigger notification.
