Extending PEGA Pulse to customer - Implement offline messaging system
We have a requirement to implement an offline messaging system. Customers (end users / Civilians) and the operators (support user of the organization) both use the same PEGA application.
Customer can post a message for any query regarding the application and any of the organizations support user should be able to respond to the message.
Customer should only see the messages which they posted.
Can PEGA Pulse be extended to implement this requirement?
