ExpressRoute Client Azure to AWS instance

We have a client who wants to provide data using Azure ExpressRoute to act like a pinhole to our PegaCloud application running on AWS. We can call a GIS map service directly this way without using REST, SOAP, etc. calls. I filed a SR and was told:

We have checked internally Azure's ER (layer 3) and AWS (VLAN) currently is not on our service catalog and not been tested.

It was suggested that I reach out here to discover if anyone else has had any success with such a solution.

Hi Matthew,

Do you know if ExpressRoute service can allow to set up VPN connection? If yes, that might be one of the solution.
