One way to come up with a design for this would be this:

1) Do a Pega trace of a typical login, to identify either an extension rule or at least an "available" rule that gets performed during each login.

2) Enhance that rule to use page-new/obj-save on a data class object, where you write columns showing needed information such as username, time-stamp of login, browser type.
