Exporting the attachment content into generated PDF document for the work object

We do have a requirement where onclick of submit, we export the tab layout section content details and generate a PDF. One of the section has documents attached to the work object. While we generate the PDF, our requirement is to export the attachment content into the generated PDF and user can able to view the content in generated PDF or a option to download it. We used a sample text file attachment into PDF, but the there is a issue in repeat grid section data as shown in the file attachments
