Exclude or reorder pzInsKey,pxExtractIdentifier,pxExtractDateTime from BIX extract

Hello,

We do not require these columns in the report, however I understand that removing them might not be a possibility hence trying to find out if there is a way to place them at the end of the file so that user does not see them at first when they open these reports, thanks!
