Exception: 421 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit

Hello guys,

We got an issue with Correspondence Agent saying unable to send email due to the error 421 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit.

Can someone help me with what could be the reason and how can we resolve if you have any idea, please?

Hi @BATTINIRAMESH: I don't think this is a PEGA issue. I see this as some restrictions in your email provider. There can be a limit set on the exchange server to limit the number of hops. Please see below for more details.
