Hello dear community.

I am using Pega Sales Automation for Insurance, in version 7.3.

We are currently trying to integrate Office 365 and we find several documentations.

On this one : https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-sales-automation/configuring-pega-sales-automation-microsoft-exchange-calendar-integration, it says that we can use 2 types of authentication : Basic vs OAuth 2.0. We want to implement the OAuth 2.0 since the Basic one will be given up by Microsoft in 2021.

At the step "OAuth 2.0 authentication configuration steps", it says that we have to find the EWSOauthAuthenticationProfile authentication profile et make 2-3 changes (information from client). However, We do not have the authentication profile, but we can create it tho. So my question is : Do we need to preconfigure it beside what is asked ? For example, do we need to put " Oauth Provider" + "Grant type" and what should it be ? Since we're supposed to make a Save As of this, I thought first that some fields would have been already pre-filled and it would not have been stated in the documentation. Thank you.
