ERROR"Parameter AccessRoleName is required, and was not provided when calling pxPrepareAccessRole"

I tried to create new application in pega platform community 8.3 but i keep getting this error "Error while configuring application objects.
Parameter AccessRoleName is required, and was not provided when calling pxPrepareAccessRole."

Hello,

I'm on Pega Trial and I get the same error while trying to create a new app. Has this been resolved? Does anybody know how to create a new app?
