Error While Inviting User to Application

Hi,

We use App Studio-User Management menu to add user to application.

But getting below error.

Basic Org Level defination is set up.

Same user can add user via dev studio.

I am suspicious  of organisation chart,  UI is not asking for organisation details. But basic organisation chart it created.

Is there a setting to configure which org chart to use ?

What can be the issue ?
