error while Installing Pega on azure cloud

Hi ,

I am trying to to install Pega on Azure cloud. Reference:

While installing backing services via azure cli, i am facing below error:[I wanted to get the manifest generated by running below command, but it seems that there is an error that we need to resolve first.]

May I know what is that I am missing?
